Game with no rules: how to live in a system where rules and regulations have ceased to be effective?

It is impossible to live in a system without rules. Those who make the laws must ensure that the rules are always up-to-date. No space should ever be left unregulated. IT education should be aimed at ensuring that there are certain rules on the Internet, and unregulated Internet spaces must be closed.

In an era where cyber wars and cyber attacks are common, government representatives should establish an alliance against cyber wars that goes through the creation of a regulatory framework adapted to the dangerous evolution of threats. It is worth noting that the main problem concerns the imputability and prosecution of very unpredictable hacker attacks. Furthermore, the world is not yet sufficiently equipped for damage limitations because of hacker attacks.

Economic and industrial powers states must reconsider the use of technologies and their securing according to regulations and protection schemes.

The virtual versus the real: what will prevail and why?

A virtual is a new form of reality that helps us understand and deal with the real, enhancing our capabilities. Virtual is also a mirror of our mental capacities. Virtuality has an abstraction of time; it becomes more mathematical and linear. Virtuality will become a second skin, forming a new world. Therefore, with the progress of technological innovation that will invest the entirety of human life, it will be impossible to live without virtual.

I would always prefer the real to prevail. However, it is impossible to imagine the modern world without virtual, a human should control machines and never vice versa. For example, virtual crimes are more dangerous than physical. But, virtual is not the only solution to fighting web-based crime. There is always a need for human activity in the fight against the crime of all kinds.
